Master Holiday Cookie Mix
Ingredients
- 2 cups butter, softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 2 large egg yolks, room temperature
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 5 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
- In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs, egg yolks and vanilla. Combine flour and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well.
